Shipping Policies for Sellers

Packaging and Shipping:

• Secure Packaging: Ensure all products are securely and properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
• Shipping Times: Indicate the delivery times for various countries in your product description. These may vary depending on the product’s location.
• Shipping Confirmation: Send the buyer a shipping confirmation including a tracking number once the product has been shipped.
• Tracking: Packages should be shipped with tracking to confirm the shipment. The overarching shipping costs are calculated to ensure the package can be shipped with tracking via DHL.

Shipping Costs:

• Centralized Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are centrally determined by Desi-Celeb based on the recipient’s location and the weight of the package.
• Pricing: If the centralized shipping costs are not optimal for you as a seller, adjust the product price accordingly to cover the costs.
• Future Adjustments: We are working on a solution that will allow sellers to set their own shipping costs.

Return Policy

Responsibility:

• Sellers are responsible for defining the return policy in accordance with applicable law in their store description. Before purchasing, the buyer should check if the seller accepts returns and, if so, under what conditions.
• Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must send the return to the address specified by the seller.
• No Responsibility of Desi-Celeb: Desi-Celeb is not responsible for the return policies of individual sellers.

Products Excluded from Return Rights:

• Custom-Made Products: Products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Perishable Goods: Products that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
• Sealed Goods: Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Digital Content: Digital products not delivered on a tangible medium if the delivery has started or if the customer has expressly consented to the commencement of the delivery.
