• Packaging and Shipping: Products must be securely packaged and shipped on time. Shipping policies must be strictly adhered to.
• Product Listings: Use the default taxes/import duties, product options, attributes, labels, categories, and tags as needed. If any options are missing, please inform us. If you need assistance with setting up your store or product listings, we are here to help.

Fee Structure:

• No Setup Fees: There are no setup fees or monthly costs.
• Sales Commissions: When selling an item, you pay a small commission of 5% to Desi-Celeb.
• Payment Processing Fees: Fees for processing payments through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal and other financial services). A transaction fee of 7.5% is charged.
• Fee-Free Services: If you offer services that require detailed scheduling and requirements in advance, you can offer them without fees. The price for these services must be €0, and all contractual arrangements must be made outside our platform (e.g., via phone or email). This allows for free contact between seller and buyer. To ensure no transaction fees, the service price must be set at €0. Please provide all relevant information about the service details, required appointments, and price agreements directly between seller and buyer in the product description.
• Store Link: In return, we expect sellers to list their store link on their official business accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as a website. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the store being deactivated.
• Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for premium services or special promotions.
